Danica Baker
Director
Having worked in the automotive industry for 18 years, Danica set up Sprint Recruitment as a new excicitng venture based on knowledge, love and dedication.
Born in South Africa and finishing school there (Matric), she set out to work straight away, never one to shy away from a challenge, always working hard and aiming to progress herself further.
In 2004 whilst in SA, Danica began her career in a dealership within the finance and insurance section, she was then quickly promoted into accounts, dealing with debtors, creditors and salesmens commissions. In 2008 she left the dealership to relocate to the UK.
Starting out as an account manager for an automotive supplier, then progressing to a dealership as a sales administrator, working her way up to a manager position after learning so much about the trade.
Ensuring targets were hit and curious about trying sales, she entered recruitment for the industry, pushing herself to hit targets and ensure her team were also hitting theirs whilst being supported by Danica to form a dynamic sales force.
Since 2016, Danica has been involved in automotive recruitment from commercial vehicles right through to passenger cars and dealerships. Making a name for herself in the industry it is now time to take that passion and drive to succeed and put it into a business that can help you secure your next role!
